Misti R. Allen Binsfeld
Misti R. Allen Binsfeld, J.D. has practiced immigration law since 1996. She has been a managing partner since 2008.
She has developed the firm’s employment based immigration practice, representing start-up companies to large international corporations. She has a successful waiver practice representing many clients who apply to waive or pardon grounds of inadmissibility, most commonly for unlawful presence in the U.S.
Her busy practice also includes representing clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, requesting U non-immigrant status for crime victims, representing victims of domestic violence who are self-petitioning for permanent residency status, requesting deferred action for childhood arrivals and representing asylum seekers.
Misti is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has held several leadership roles as an Augsburg College Alumna. Currently, she is an active member of Augsburg Women Engaged and chair of the AILA MN/Dakotas Chapter CLE Committee.
